If something is not right, we want to fix it.
The basics
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included.
How to start a return
Email us at ElevatedAmbianceco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization can be delayed or lost.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay return shipping.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover it.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, parts or accessories
- Clearance items marked final sale
