Currency

All prices on this site are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorized, and you will receive an order confirmation email once it is.

Payment security

Checkout is handled by Shopify's PCI DSS compliant payment system over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor.

If a payment fails

A declined payment usually means a card detail was mistyped, the billing address does not match your bank's records, or your bank flagged the transaction. Check those first, then try again or use a different method. If it keeps failing, contact your bank — they can tell you the reason, and we cannot.

Taxes

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Pricing

We do our best to keep prices and product information accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.
